Meeting Opened: 6.59pm                                                          

Meeting Closed: 7.42pm

Long Short Dates: Feb/Mar 27,28,1 Rocky – 6,7,8 Yeppoon

Submissions to be called to fill 50min by the end of end of sept and will decide by end of Oct – scripts to be emailed to president – Need script readers – SMM and emails

Scripts submitted – Jill Curran – “What’s yours is mine”

Casting call 5^th Jan 7pm

Comedy Workshop

January 17th? Workshop by Anthony Lomond has been submitted – 4hr workshop and night performance. Grant RDAF applied – will be a small fee – if we don’t get the grant we won’t do it.

Youth Production:

May 15,16,17,22,23 – “The Crucible” Jordy and Esther Direct

Show Dates – usually June first weekend.

WILD HEARTS THEATRE COMPANY 2026 – Approx 15th June – 11th July 2026 – this looks good and will have to work out deal.

End of Year Production: Nov 20th to 28^th
