Yeppoon Little Theatre Inc (YLT) has been on the Capricorn Coast for 41 years. It is a not-for-profit body that has been incorporated since the 21st September 1994.
YLT is a dynamic, vibrant theatre group dedicated to delivering quality entertainment to our audiences.
In 1991 the group took up residence at their current performance venue of “The Showplace” 64 William St, Yeppoon, a part of the Yeppoon Showground complex.
As a community theatre our goal is to stage three productions throughout the year, usually in the months of April, July and November.
Membership of Yeppoon Little Theatre Inc is open to everyone.
Membership subscriptions for 2011 is:
$15.00 Adult
$10.00 Student
$30.00 Family
There is a membership meeting held every 2nd Tuesday of the month starting at 7pm at “The Showplace”, all are welcome.
There are many ways as a member, you can contribute to creating a successful production, they include but are not limited to:
sound & lighting
marketing
bar work
stage management
costume design & wardrobe
set design & construction
ticketing
production management
event management
directing
Of course there is always the need for new actors for productions. Auditions are held throughout the year and are advertised in “The Capricorn Coast Mirror” and here on the website
